Today's class- We looked at a few examples of still life paintings through history as well as some previous student examples. To learn more about this graded project, click here.Homework- The specific color palettes project that we started in class last week ( see 11/20/07) is due at the beginning of class next week 12/4/07.
For next week's class 12/4/07- Bring paper, all your painting stuff, and a piece of matboard around 20"x30". In addition, bring a book with images of artwork from a favorite artist. If you don't have a favorite artist, bring a general art history book with many artists, or a specific favored time period, and you can choose something to work with for the Final Project that we will begin that night.
